Shipping within Australia
The cost of shipping is clearly indicated for each product ordered at checkout and is included in the invoice total. Orders are generally processed and posted within 2-3 working days from date of purchase. Unfortunately, at some times processing orders may take longer. Though, if this is the case our staff will be in contact with you within 48 hours of you placing your order.
The Walking Company uses Australia Post to deliver your products. Whilst we use quality carriers, errors may still occur. In the event of a delivery error, The Walking Company will use all of its efforts to ensure you receive your goods, and if required receive a replacement or are refunded your purchase price.
Please be aware that the shipping method currently used by The Walking Company via Australia Post is that of their eParcel service. This service requires a signature upon delivery and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide a delivery address that will be attended for delivery. If the address is unattended, the goods will be taken to the shipping addresses local post office for collection.
Customers are able to indicate an instruction to leave the parcel unattended in a place deemed reasonable by the carrier. This is at your own risk.

Shipping outside of Australia
We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only.

Expected delivery throughout New Zealand is 7-10 days from dispatch.
Registered Customers will receive an Australia Post tracking number with their dispatch email. This allows you to follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep!
Important information about New Zealand customs, duties and taxes
You can find out everything you need to know about New Zealand customs and taxes on the Government website, and below we’ve listed the key points to note.
Some New Zealand orders may incur a customs or import duty charge – and charges may occur for orders over NZD$1000. These charges will need to be paid by you on delivery of your order – we are unable to pay these charges on your behalf up front.
Orders cannot be returned to sender. If you do not pay these charges, we cannot be responsible for any loss of money as a result.
We are unable to mark New Zealand orders as a gift.
Shipping costs for returns & exchanges are at the expense of the purchaser.
